Summary:
This workshop provided an introduction to the fundamentals of Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). We explored what SEM is and the key steps involved in building and evaluating models. Participants learned about path analysis,, confirmatory factor analysis, and full SEM, with all practical exercises carried out in R using the lavaan package.
